One of the things that gets lost in the messaging for this work is how much fun it is to be in a room - even a virtual room - with a group of people dedicated to freeing one another from the places they’ve been stuck.

Under all of our stories is the same story. The emotional elements are the same for all of us. Fear, joy, confusion, anger, shame, feeling compelled to do things that make absolutely no sense (until you do them and then they do), despair, victory. These are some of the elements that make up a compelling story.

While we were busy carping at one another over our stance on vaccines, a woman’s right to have an abortion after six weeks of pregnancy was taken away in Texas.

Nobody should lose their rights because we're more concerned with being righteous; driven by fear rather than leading with our hearts.

It’s not easy out there.

It’s not easy in here either.

There are moments when everything makes sense. There are no regrets. There are no more resentments. There isn’t a single step that was a misstep.

Over the course of 5 years in the 1990’s I interviewed over 100 people on video for a documentary project. All of these people worked in and around the human consciousness arena. I traveled from Los Angeles to Glastonbury, England to Findhorn, Scotland, asking questions and listening to remarkable stories of how these people came to be doing what they did in the world.
